Program & Course Design

Create learning experiences that measurably change what people do

Your course is a change engine!

You want your work to change how people think and act, not just what they know. Let me help you translate your expertise into a structured learning journey that delivers real impact.

What kind of course works best?

The right format depends on your audience and the change you want to create.

  • Self-paced online courses to build awareness and create aha moments

  • Live workshops to create a shared language and engagement

  • Cohort-based courses to develop practice through reflection and exchange

  • Blended programs to accompany people as they apply new behaviours in real situations

  • Multi-month learning journeys to support sustained behaviour change over time

How we work together

Designing learning journeys is very much a collaborative Process. You are the subject matter expert and my role is to draw out your expertise, shape it, and make sure every piece feels authentic and aligned with your vision.

1. Clarify the problem

We start with the performance challenge. What needs to change? Who can affect that change? Together, we identify the behaviours that matter, the context those behaviours sit in, and where learning can help (and where it can’t). The outcome is a learning strategy tied to observable behaviour change.

2. Design the learning experience

From there, we design the learning experience as a whole:

  • Live workshops, self-paced elements, and individual or group practice

  • Tools, worksheets, and reflection moments

  • How learners engage over time

You'll walk away with a learning architecture that connects a social-emotional learning experience with real-world application.

3. Build the core assets

We develop what is needed to run the program, including session arcs, learning materials and tools, and facilitator guides. Where needed, I bring in trusted collaborators to support production and setup, from video production to LMS configuration, automated enrolment, AI-enhancement, and learner communication.

What effective learning experiences are built on

Start from behaviour, not content

Together, we’ll translate your goal into observable behaviours and design everything around making those behaviours visible and actionable.

Treat the learner as a whole person

Learning is mostly a social and emotional experience. Programs that ignore this may inform, but rarely transform. Together, we’ll design experiences that account for real human dynamics.

Make the system visible

Behaviour doesn’t happen in isolation but is shaped by incentives, norms, workflows, and (most importantly) interactions. We’ll make these factors explicit, so the program can achieve the long-term transformation you want.

Case Study

Translating leadership principles into everyday practice

Junto_Logo-01.png

Junto is a German startup, founded in 2022 by CEO Marius Hepp Kemper. The company provides leadership development programs focused on lasting behaviour change in large and medium-sized enterprises. Junto’s approach combines cohort-based learning, executive coaching, and applied practice to help leaders navigate complex organizational challenges.

The challenge

Junto engaged me to co-design a leadership development program for approximately 80 senior leaders at a large, highly regulated organization undergoing significant change.

The challenge was translating broad leadership principles into observable behaviours that leaders could practice in their day-to-day work, while maintaining a clear connection to organizational goals.

What I worked on

I partnered with Junto and client stakeholders to design a program architecture that connects leadership principles to measurable outcomes:

  • Translated client KPIs into observable leadership behaviours and measurement logic.

  • Designed the overall program architecture, connecting coaching, peer learning, applied practice, and feedback loops.

  • Turned concepts such as psychological safety and constructive conflict into practical tools and actionable practices leaders can apply in real situations.

  • Designed learning activities, breakout room exercises, and workplace scenarios that allowed leaders to practice new behaviours.

  • Collaborated with Junto learning designers to turn the program architecture into engaging, client-specific learning experiences.

The result

A new flagship program for senior leaders designed to strengthen collaboration and psychological safety in times of change. Participants rated the program highly across key evaluation metrics, including NPS and relevance to work. In addition, the program received strong client endorsement and established a foundation for future leadership development initiatives.
