As a senior associate from 2014-2016, I worked with L&D departments to design learning strategies that activate new customer and employee experiences and measure their impact on the organziation. My services included speech-writing, presentation design for national large-scale events with 25,000 participants, e-learning development, and client workshop facilitation.
